The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Wednesday, February 25 reveals Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will find herself in a tough spot.
Also coming up, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will reel from Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) news. Plus, Devon Winters (Bryton James) will confront Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn). And Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) will find out Matt Clark’s (Roger Howarth) on the loose.
Y&R spoilers tease Noah will sip a hot chocolate at the Chancellor Park Café. Sienna will come up behind him and put her hands over his eyes. He’ll turn around, thrilled that she’s there, and pull her into a kiss. Sienna will tell Noah she’s moving to Genoa City. “I am ready to start this new adventure.”

Then Noah will get a series of strange text messages, just as Detective Burrow (Matt Cohen) calls Sienna. After her conversation with the cop, she’ll hang up and Noah will ask what he said. But Sienna will look at the text messages. “That son of a bitch, it’s Matt,” she’ll tell Noah. “Burrow just told me he’s released.”
At the ranch, Nick will freak. He’ll tell Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) Matt could be anywhere, even right there on the ranch. Nick will fly into a rage, flipping over a chair. He’ll say no one he cares about is safe. “Why?!”
A shocked Nikki will leave the room and Nick will grab his leg, moaning as he sits down. “I need this to be over, we can’t rely on the courts, we can’t rely on the cops,” he’ll rage, as a concerned Victor watches him. “This is gonna end and it’s gonna be me who does it!”
At Crimson Lights, Sharon will tell Phyllis she’s alienated everyone in town. “Was it worth it?” Phyllis will tell her everyone will get over it, including her son and Nick. She’ll point out Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) forgave her for her part in what happened to Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom). So, she’s sure he’ll come around with her eventually.
Sharon will tell her she should be ashamed of herself for equating that with the power grab she’s so proud of. However, she’ll also say she’s still her friend and if she needed her, she’d be there in a heartbeat. Phyllis will be surprised. They’ll chat about their friendship and Nick will show up.
“Well there you are, I was wondering when you’d peek your head out from whatever rock you were hiding under,” he’ll say to Phyllis. She’ll ask if Sharon was trying to soften her up so Nick could come in for the kill. “I will say this one last time, I am not giving up Newman Enterprises,” she’ll add. “So both of you can either kiss the ring or get out of my way.”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Devon Believes Cane Knows Something
Phyllis will leave and Sharon will berate Nick, telling him she was making some progress with Phyllis. But Nick will tell Sharon Matt’s been released. She’ll be in shock, of course. Nick will say they’re going to turn the tables on him this time. Instead of him coming after them, they’ll be coming for him. And Nick plans to put Matt in the ground.
Meanwhile, Devon will pay Cane a visit on his choo choo train. “Where the hell are Lily and the kids?” he’ll ask. “And why can’t anyone get a hold of them?” But Cane will lie and say he has no idea where they are. However, Devon will say he feels like Cane knows something. “I do,” he’ll admit. “But I can’t say anything.”
Devon will say he just went through the worst experience of his life, when his son was missing. So, he’s not leaving until Cane tells him what he knows. He’ll suspect it has something to do with Newman. But Cane will say if Devon keeps digging into this he could put them in more danger. “Do you know who it is?” Devon will ask. Cane will once again say he can’t tell him.
So Devon will storm off and then Phyllis will show up. “I’m not mad at you,” Cane will tell her. “I actually admire how you pulled it all off.” But Phyllis will realize she saw Devon leaving and call him out for his BS. “You’re just trying to turn the tables on me.”
Finally, Phyllis will turn to leave. She’ll open the door but a hulk of a man will be standing there, blocking her from exiting. “Seriously?” she’ll ask Cane. “Seriously,” he’ll reply. So, she’ll ask Cane what he expects to gain from this. “I expect you to give me what I want,” he’ll tell her. But will she?
